Join us at the Tiber Island for a free 1 hour silent meditation during the harmony time of the upcoming Summer Solstice. Following a recent activation of this sacred land site, we will channel love and light into this powerful centre that holds the sacred energy for the Heart of Rome. The meditation will be conducted during the ‘harmony’ time, a day before the exact solstice when all the earth energy lines are in alignment.
Bring a comfortable chair or mat to sit on, a hat (as it may be hot), and plenty of water.
